Description

  • Scale Adverity's existing Canadian customer success into broader market penetration across the region.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for enterprise and SMB opportunities.
  • Build and manage pipeline within a Target Account List of Canada's Top 100 data-driven enterprises.
  • Conduct executive-level discovery with VP- and C-level stakeholders to uncover technical and business pain points.
  • Lead complex deal orchestration with Solution Consultants and executive sponsors.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and local market feedback to the VP of Sales to shape regional and global strategy.
  • Develop and execute outreach across multiple channels to source and advance your own pipeline.
  • Operate as a founding team member to define the Canadian territory and build the operating blueprint for future growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with deep experience in MarTech, Data, or Analytics highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close 6-figure ACV enterprise deals in the Canadian market.
  • Track record of sourcing 40%+ of your own pipeline through multi-channel outreach.
  • Evidence of President’s Club recognition or consistent top 10% performance in prior sales roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote or satellite environments with high autonomy and self-accountability.
  • Strong understanding of marketing data and analytics, including modern data architecture such as ETL/ELT and data warehousing.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a stage-0 environment and act as a strategic partner to prospects.
  • Versatility to manage both long enterprise sales cycles and fast-paced SMB opportunities.
