Description

  • Lead the full sales cycle from initial interest through deal close.
  • Build executive-level relationships with clients across multiple industries.
  • Drive perpetual outbound prospecting to acquire net-new logos.
  • Create business plans to achieve predetermined goals and quotas.
  • Consult with prospects and existing customers on business objectives and requirements.
  • Build long-term partnerships with large enterprises, including 5,000+ employee companies.
  • Model and present use cases showing how Pigment can drive business transformation.
  • Work with customer success and technical teams to support post-sale customer needs.
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain sales records and data in Salesforce.
  • Analyze sales insights and experiment with new growth tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role within Tech or Financial Services.
  • Proven track record of success, such as President’s Club or Chairman’s Club recognition.
  • Demonstrated attitude of going above and beyond expectations.
  • Master’s degree or other advanced degree, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
  • Sales experience within SaaS B2B or a similar financial product targeting the US/North American market (preferred).
  • Experience in finance or business planning, with a personal passion for tech and tech products (preferred).
  • Deep track record of creating significant revenue impact and cultivating relationships for an organization (preferred).
