Description

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls to schedule no-cost in-home health assessment appointments.
  • Address customer needs, complaints, and service issues with accurate information and support.
  • Use active listening to confirm details, clarify information, and de-escalate difficult calls when needed.
  • Build positive relationships with members and call center teammates based on trust and reliability.
  • Use software, databases, scripts, and other tools to manage calls and records.
  • Work toward call center metrics while delivering consistent customer service.
  • Recommend products or services that better fit client needs when appropriate.
  • Participate in training and ongoing learning to expand job and company knowledge.
  • Join on-camera meetings as needed and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Call Center Supervisor.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of call center experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Outbound sales experience is a plus.
  • Outgoing, pleasant phone presence with clear diction and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while speaking with customers.
  • Customer service or directly related experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to a challenging environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as a team player.
  • Proficiency with software, data entry, and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM; 60 WPM is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work and perform job duties within the United States.
  • Must have a Windows 11 Pro laptop or desktop with video-calling capabilities and a high-speed, stable internet connection.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule between 6 am PST and 6 pm PST Monday through Friday, with possible Saturday hours.
  • Excellent attendance and work record.
  • Strong customer empathy, diplomacy, problem-solving ability, and honesty and integrity.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including correct spelling.
  • Ability to professionally follow scripts, protocols, and guidelines.
