Description

  • Lead go-to-market efforts for Adobe Real-Time CDP and Journey Optimizer.
  • Support Adobe sales opportunities with solution demos, business discovery, pricing, timelines, and delivery planning.
  • Develop a long-term innovation strategy and roadmap for Adswerve’s Adobe products and services.
  • Work with Marketing to create Adobe-focused campaigns and assets that support Adobe’s partner program.
  • Identify and maintain a portfolio of innovation opportunities for clients and the Adobe community.
  • Expand the client base while cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including Adobe, to drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Report business insights such as pipeline, results, budgets, and client wins.
  • Translate strategy into operational roadmaps with clear actions and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Adobe infrastructure is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in a business development or sales engineer role.
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing real-time activation and cross-channel orchestration use cases.
  • Experience presenting to and interacting with executive management and C-suite leaders.
  • Proven ability to build senior relationships and navigate external organizations.
  • Track record of leading large projects and teams across complex scope and scale.
  • Strong persuasion and presentation skills, especially related to marketing and brand strategy.
  • Experience contributing to sales operations and process improvements.
  • Consistent history of reaching and exceeding sales goals.

  • Base salary of $170,000 to $200,000 per year.
