Description

  • Qualify, follow up on, educate, and develop a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads according to defined SLAs.
  • Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for sales executives using Cribl’s qualification criteria.
  • Research target accounts, identify key personas, add contacts and emails, and generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
  • Use selling and influencing skills to uncover customer needs and business challenges and position Cribl as the solution.
  • Log, track, and maintain lead and opportunity data in Salesforce according to the lead-to-opportunity process.
  • Distribute leads and meetings to assigned sales executives after discovery.
  • Consistently meet meeting quota and support territory revenue and growth objectives.
  • Work closely with Sales Directors and attend customer meetings as needed.
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and match them to a successful product sale.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience is preferred.
  • College degree is preferred.
  • Fluent German language skills are required to cover the DACH territory.
