Description

  • Manage, mentor, and develop Digital Media Strategists through guidance on campaign strategy, client communication, and career growth.
  • Oversee resource allocation and team bandwidth to ensure strong support across client accounts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the team to test new channels, tactics, and ad technologies.
  • Partner with Client Solution Growth Leads on Quarterly Business Reviews and turn performance data into business narratives and growth roadmaps.
  • Advise clients on industry trends and strategic pivots to help maintain a competitive edge.
  • Direct the strategy for large-scale integrated media plans across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Ensure media strategies align with client buying stages, target personas, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Analytics and Solutions leadership to design and implement closed-loop measurement frameworks and custom attribution models.
  • Guide the Media Services Team in connecting media inputs to consumer journey impact and executive-level revenue narratives.
  • Lead agency-wide initiatives for channel expansion and creative testing, defining best practices across the buying journey.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning, or buying, with a proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • 1-3+ years of direct people management or team leadership experience.
  • Advanced expertise in core platforms such as DV360, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, and similar tools.
  • Experience with complex attribution tools.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to translate technical performance data into business-driven narratives.
  • Experience leading or mentoring strategic talent (preferred).
  • Experience working across sales, analytics, and media execution teams (preferred).
  • Ability to work remotely across one of the listed U.S. states.

  • Base salary of $115,000 to $135,000 per year.
