Description

  • Partner with Client Success Growth Leads to serve as a strategic advisor during client reviews and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities for channel expansion, creative testing, and new tactics to improve performance across the buying journey.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear narratives and recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Lead day-to-day strategy for integrated media plans across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels.
  • Drive media forecasting, annual planning, and budget allocation with attention to attribution, lead quality, and business outcomes.
  • Translate sales and marketing objectives into paid media strategies aligned to personas, buying stages, and account segments.
  • Partner with solutions and sales enablement teams on closed-loop measurement, attribution, and outcome-focused dashboards.
  • Create executive-ready performance narratives that connect media inputs to consumer journey impact.
  • Work with measurement and research teams to deliver industry insights and performance-based updates.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on multichannel and performance strategy.
  • Strategic fluency in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and leading DSPs.
  • Experience with planning tools such as MRI Simmons and Nielsen Media Impact.
  • Experience with media forecasting, multi-touch attribution, and MMM.
  • Ability to translate CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights.
  • Experience developing personas, segmentation models, first-party data activation, and full-funnel journey mapping.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with comfort presenting to executive audiences.
  • 4-year college degree.
  • Experience with Google and Adobe ecosystem tools is preferred.
  • Experience working with closed-loop measurement and dashboarding is preferred.

  • Base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
