Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Adoreal and clinic teams throughout onboarding.
  • Manage implementation project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate data migration from clinic systems in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Configure and support Adoreal EMR and CRM system implementations.
  • Organize and structure clinic data to align with Adoreal’s analytics framework and standards.
  • Coordinate across internal teams, including technical, CRM, and training stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, communicate progress updates, and resolve implementation issues.
  • Train clinic staff on new systems and onboarding processes.
  • Develop onboarding documentation, training guides, and resource materials.
  • Monitor post-go-live adoption and provide ongoing support as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare onboarding, software implementation, or project coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with EMR systems and CRM platforms in a healthcare or clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple onboarding or implementation projects.
  • Deep familiarity with healthcare workflows, including patient intake, documentation, billing, scheduling, and compliance.
  • Experience training clinical and administrative staff on new systems.
  • Experience ensuring implementations align with legal and regulatory requirements for data handling and access control.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Technical fluency with data migration and digital workflow tools.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and guide clinic stakeholders through system adoption.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% throughout the U.S. and live within an hour of a major airport.
  • Must have current and valid work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.
