Description

  • Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI dashboards and reports.
  • Design and develop scalable data models, ERDs, and data flow diagrams.
  • Build and maintain data marts to support advanced analytics.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Apply predictive modeling and statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast outcomes.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve analytics workflows and reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and integrity across systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex data issues and implement effective technical solutions.
  • Support data governance initiatives, including metadata management and master data management.
  • Participate in the full data project lifecycle from intake and estimation through prioritization and delivery.
  • Identify, validate, and incorporate new data sources into analytics solutions.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in BI development, database development, or data analytics.
  • Strong SQL expertise, including advanced functions such as window functions and CTEs.
  • Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Familiarity with modern BI ecosystems, including data lakes and dimensional modeling.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate analytics workflows (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean (preferred).
  • Experience working in distributed or remote teams (preferred).
  • Background supporting business stakeholders across multiple functions (preferred).
