Description

  • Respond to patient and client inquiries through the live chat platform in real time.
  • Provide accurate information about services, appointments, billing, and support.
  • Manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism.
  • Log and document chat interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Deliver a warm and professional patient experience in every chat.
  • Follow company communication guidelines and service quality standards.
  • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality protocols at all times.

Requirements

  • Fast typing ability and strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time, part-time, or flexible hours.
  • Experience handling live chat or similar customer support interactions is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail for accurate CRM documentation.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with patients and clients.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
  • Ability to follow HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
