Description

  • Monitor website availability, alerts, and notifications for 24/7 applications and respond to issues in real time.
  • Resolve technical problems directly or escalate them to the appropriate team when needed.
  • Support customer issues through clear communication and issue tracking.
  • Provide status updates and coordinate daily or weekly responsibilities with team leadership.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to help ensure products and applications are functioning correctly.
  • Analyze digital program performance and prepare standardized reports for internal and external use.
  • Support mobile devices, desktops, and laptops as part of the technical support function.
  • Assist with site architecture, testing, and support efforts alongside a larger team.
  • Work independently during non-traditional hours while maintaining dependable coverage.

Requirements

  • Experience with website monitoring, alert analysis, and escalation workflows.
  • Ability to support real-time and scheduled events and ensure automated communications are sent accurately.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision and handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of basic user experience, information architecture, and website technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work a non-traditional shift schedule, including 3rd shift and one weekend per month on call.
  • U.S. residency is required, and U.S. permanent residency is required.
  • A clear criminal background is required.
  • PA state government experience or other government experience is helpful.
