Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial education sessions for employees at partner companies on topics such as stock options, retirement, budgeting and savings, and debt management.
  • Contribute to content development for educational materials and programming.
  • Support product development efforts by sharing feedback and expertise.
  • Partner with Addition Wealth’s leadership team to create frameworks for expansion.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience through personalized financial guidance.
  • Work as part of Addition Wealth’s financial professional network on a part-time, contract basis.

Requirements

  • India-based candidate only.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) required.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or another professional designation strongly preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for financial planning and Addition Wealth’s mission.
  • Ability to work remotely with flexible hours.
  • Must be comfortable with a part-time, contract arrangement.
  • Experience supporting employee financial wellness or similar advisory work is a plus.
