Description

  • Conduct one-on-one financial education sessions for employees at partner companies.
  • Advise on personal finance topics including stock options, real estate, estate planning, retirement, assurance vie, budgeting, and debt management.
  • Contribute to content development, programming, and product initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to build frameworks for international expansion.
  • Help shape Addition Wealth’s strategy for delivering financial wellness in France.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience to employees seeking financial guidance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in France.
  • One or more active professional designations, such as CFP®, CGPC Certification, or European Financial Advisor® (EQF 4, EQF 5, or EQF 6).
  • Must be in good standing with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, managed accounts, or investment advisory.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Passion for financial planning and customer service.
  • Ability to work on a part-time, contractor basis.
  • Interest in helping build a financial wellness product for a new market.
