Description

  • Support CRM management, including pipeline tracking, data governance, and CRM hygiene for sales and marketing.
  • Build and maintain account and organizational maps for financial institution targets to support enterprise sales strategy.
  • Coordinate industry conferences and events, including prospect targeting, meeting scheduling, pre-event outreach, post-event follow-up, and pipeline tracking.
  • Lead cross-functional project management for go-to-market initiatives across sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Support pipeline reporting and forecasting for internal stakeholders and help create and iterate related materials.
  • Review pipeline deals to identify success patterns and convert them into repeatable best practices.
  • Prepare and manage sales materials that support pipeline progression and deal conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to keep priorities on track and drive timely execution against revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market operations.
  • Experience in fintech or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing CRM systems, including pipeline management, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Demonstrated ability to map complex enterprise organizations using multiple sources and support account-based sales strategies.
  • Experience preparing for industry conferences and events, including prospect identification, meeting scheduling, and post-event pipeline tracking.
  • Proven project management skills leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior leadership and executives.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Location context: New York, NY; remote-first role with a home base in NY.
