Description

  • Own the complete post-sales client lifecycle, including implementation, optimization, growth, and renewal.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to key and strategic clients by understanding their business, strategy, clients, services, team, and technology.
  • Partner with Account Executives to lead quarterly business reviews and align on priorities, roadmap, usage, and adoption insights.
  • Act as the voice of the client across Product Management, Product Marketing, Support, Renewals, Services, Finance, and other internal teams.
  • Diagnose client business operations and recommend appropriate solutions and services to increase satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Drive change management and promote standard methodologies and platform utilization across the client base.
  • Support seamless handoffs of knowledge and responsibilities between teams where appropriate.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders, C-level executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure go-to-market objectives are met.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Addepar’s technology and articulate its value proposition to the partner community.
  • Contribute to building and supporting a high-performance team with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, or 5 years plus an MBA.
  • Proven track record working with strategic client segments.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive, collaborative approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Data-driven and metrics-driven mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Assertiveness, candor, and a company-first mentality.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Experience interacting regularly with senior-level leaders and C-level management (preferred).

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $110,000 - $171,000.
  • Bonus eligibility.
  • Equity compensation.
