Description

  • Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data is accurate and available within service-level agreements.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and feed processing exceptions, escalating to Engineering Support when needed.
  • Maintain operational workflows and identify opportunities to improve and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, and other Services and Sales partners to resolve client data inquiries and requests.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to design, test, and implement new processes and tooling features that improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in company initiatives to launch new product functionality or services.
  • Communicate daily with data providers, clients, and internal stakeholders across the company.
  • Help clients with data support questions and issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience in the financial investment/advisory industry.
  • Deep knowledge of capital markets, trade processing and lifecycle, and middle- and back-office operations systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very team-oriented, dedicated, and forward-thinking.
  • Technical skills preferred in one or more of the following: Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, Salesforce, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, or other common financial services systems and applications.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to begin work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $86,000 - $134,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Compensation determined by role, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
