Description

  • Lead the onboarding and implementation of US and LATAM clients.
  • Mentor Custodial Data Onboarding Specialists and support their career development through coaching and feedback.
  • Manage work allocation, prioritization, and execution to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
  • Provide technical oversight and hands-on support for data onboarding, migration, conversion, and validation work.
  • Use Databricks, Claude, and internal tools to execute and improve data delivery processes.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating processes to ensure consistency and quality in client delivery.
  • Resolve issues, remove blockers, and keep internal and client stakeholders aligned.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering on integrated solutions.
  • Identify and drive improvements in tools, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-oriented team culture focused on client success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in technology and finance, with exposure to client-facing or delivery roles.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring others, formally or informally, with the ability to coach, influence, and drive outcomes.
  • Strong domain knowledge in portfolio, wealth, or investment management and familiarity with financial data structures.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with knowledge of ETL workflows and data transformation logic.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas clearly across cultural and functional boundaries.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
  • Solutions-driven mindset with a desire to improve and innovate.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and clients is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial portfolio data and AI workflow or agentic AI concepts.
  • Ability to work the 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST schedule on U.S. business days.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based on the first day of employment; visa sponsorship is not available.
