Description

  • Oversee strategic customers throughout their implementation journeys.
  • Project manage implementation programs for the company’s largest customers.
  • Lead setup, configuration, and testing of the AcuityMD platform for new clients.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to manage project scope, schedule, and execution.
  • Provide client support through implementation and transition customers to the Customer Success team.
  • Partner with account executives, solutions engineers, customer success managers, and engineering to scope, sell, and deliver services.
  • Activate standard and custom integrations with customer CRM, ERP, and data lake systems.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues and feedback and drive timely resolution.
  • Develop, refine, and continuously improve enterprise and strategic implementation playbooks and collateral.
  • Help establish Professional Services as a revenue generator with a path to positive margin.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred focus areas in healthcare administration, science, or engineering.
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs in highly complex and technical environments.
  • Experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS is required.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • Strong leadership experience with a record of leading high-performing project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
  • Experience working closely with product management, engineering, and technical integration teams.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in medtech or biotech is preferred.
  • Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • Project management certification is preferred.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.

  • Base salary range of $190,000-$220,000.
