Description

  • Demonstrate and explain AcuityMD’s core data, data quality, and algorithms to prospects.
  • Articulate how AcuityMD’s data products support business value and critical platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with prospects and customers to define business requirements related to core data and algorithms.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospects on data-related questions.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the platform’s functionality, underlying data, and business case.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to identify and resolve business and data challenges during pre-sales.
  • Work with the implementations team as a subject matter expert on using healthcare data, such as medical claims, to drive targeting strategies.
  • Interface with product and product marketing teams to refine messaging and inform the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a healthcare data subject matter expert in a healthcare consultant, sales engineer, account executive, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of medical claims and other healthcare data.
  • Passion for using data and algorithms to improve MedTech commercial effectiveness or sales enablement.
  • Strong ability to craft and deliver tailored sales, data-centric, or technical presentations.
  • Executive-level communication skills in both presentation and writing, with the ability to explain complex business software and data concepts.
  • Highly empathetic to customer needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teaching data.
  • Experience managing and/or selling enterprise SaaS, healthcare data, or healthcare consulting projects (preferred).
  • Experience using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools to prepare customer-facing reports (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent for understanding and working with healthcare datasets (preferred).
  • Eligible work permit in the USA required.
