Description

  • Demonstrate and explain AcuityMD’s core data, data quality, and algorithms to customers.
  • Articulate how AcuityMD data products support the business case and platform functionality.
  • Collaborate with customers to define business requirements for data and algorithm-related needs.
  • Leverage healthcare data, coding, and data analysis to develop and deliver customer solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams on data-related questions.
  • Maintain deep expertise in the platform’s functionality, underlying data, and business use cases.
  • Partner with sales, customer experience, product, and data teams to identify and resolve customer challenges across the lifecycle.
  • Work with Professional Services and Customer Success to support healthcare-data-driven targeting strategies.
  • Interface with product and product marketing teams to refine messaging and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a healthcare data subject matter expert in a consultant, data analyst, sales engineer, data engineer, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Deep understanding of medical claims and other healthcare data.
  • Passion for using data and algorithms to improve MedTech commercial effectiveness or sales enablement.
  • Strong ability to craft and deliver tailored data-centric or technical presentations.
  • High empathy for customer needs and a proven track record of collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for teaching data concepts.
  • Executive-level communication skills in both presentation and writing.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve work efficiency.
  • Experience managing enterprise SaaS, healthcare data, or healthcare consulting projects (preferred).
  • Experience with Google BigQuery, Snowflake, Python, or similar BI tools for customer-facing reporting (preferred).
  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent for analyzing healthcare datasets (preferred).
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA.
