Description

  • Own quarterly demand-generation planning across Acuity’s product portfolio.
  • Design, launch, measure, and optimize integrated campaigns across paid media, email, web, content, nurture, and events.
  • Manage the webinar program from audience strategy and promotion through follow-up and measurement.
  • Build segmented nurture programs and journeys that move leads toward sales readiness.
  • Use HubSpot, campaign data, and business intelligence to connect marketing activity with pipeline and revenue.
  • Apply AI to campaign development, research, content production, experimentation, nurture, and analysis.
  • Develop and run a demand-generation pilot in a priority international market, such as ANZ or the UK and Ireland.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and other Marketing teams.
  • Establish testing and measurement rhythms to improve targeting, messaging, channel performance, and investment decisions.

Requirements

  • Experience owning B2B demand generation with accountability for qualified leads, pipeline, and commercial outcomes, ideally in SaaS or complex B2B environments.
  • Hands-on experience designing, launching, measuring, and optimizing integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Experience bringing new products or significant product developments to market.
  • End-to-end experience planning and executing webinars or virtual events.
  • Experience using marketing and funnel data to evaluate performance and inform investment decisions.
  • Experience building or improving nurture programs, segmentation, automation, and prospect communications using HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience partnering with Sales and Product Marketing to develop demand-generation strategies.
  • Meaningful use of AI in day-to-day marketing work.
  • International demand-generation experience, particularly in Australia/New Zealand or the UK/Ireland, is preferred.
  • Canadian residency and valid work authorization; full-time availability for a 16-month fixed-term role beginning in early November 2026.

  • Salary of $110,000–$135,000 CAD.
