Description

  • Architect and deploy corporate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps workflows.
  • Manage enterprise mobility and device security through Microsoft Intune and Kandji.
  • Oversee identity and access management in Okta, including RBAC and entitlement automation.
  • Develop internal tools and automation solutions, potentially using AI, to reduce manual systems administration.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for corporate infrastructure deployments and configuration testing.
  • Partner with Security, Product, and business teams to translate needs into technical requirements and self-service solutions.
  • Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and automation patterns.
  • Maintain secure, scalable infrastructure aligned with Zero Trust and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship through strong code quality and clear communication.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, IT Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong experience managing corporate infrastructure at scale with Infrastructure-as-Code and GitOps workflows such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Intune and Kandji for enterprise mobility management.
  • Solid experience with Okta for IAM, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and entitlement management.
  • Proven ability to develop internal automation tools using a modern programming language, ideally Python.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with modern virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and aligning technical initiatives with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentorship skills.
  • Terraform, Microsoft Intune, or Okta certifications are a plus.
