Description

  • Support the design, development, and integration of hardware, software, cloud components, and user interfaces into cohesive system solutions.
  • Assist in defining system requirements and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Participate in system configuration, documentation updates, and version control activities.
  • Participate in system testing activities, including developing test cases and related documentation.
  • Maintain data quality through routine audits, validation checks, updates, and quality assurance tasks within CMMS.
  • Follow data governance practices and ensure digital records and data structures meet organizational and federal requirements.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI to support facility operations and planning.
  • Track and update KPIs and help identify operational trends or efficiency opportunities through structured analysis.
  • Support ETL processes and maintain documentation related to system configurations, reporting procedures, and data quality.
  • Work closely with facility operations, IT, and data teams, translate stakeholder needs, and provide basic user support and training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Facility Management, Data Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in systems engineering, data management, or maintenance and operations.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms and data analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes, data governance fundamentals, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to analyze datasets using established methods and provide clear, actionable summaries.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong expertise in facility management software such as CMMS and data analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in ETL processes, KPIs, data governance, and data quality assurance.
  • Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience with predictive maintenance tools or facility-related data systems (preferred).
  • Experience supporting data workflows or enterprise reporting systems (preferred).
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to facility data management.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between facility operations, IT, and data teams and provide user training on dashboards, apps, and data tools.
