Description

  • Administer AWS accounts supporting corporate IT, VPN, and related infrastructure, including networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows through MDM, including provisioning, patching, security baselines, and compliance reporting.
  • Serve as the primary ServiceNow administrator for IT and Security, managing the data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, integrations, and reporting.
  • Partner with Security, Finance, and Compliance on ITGC, SOX/IT controls, access reviews, and change management.
  • Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems using tools such as Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier, PowerShell, Python, and APIs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for SaaS integrations across Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, and Azure/AWS.
  • Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with IT and Security.
  • Act as Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms.
  • Participate in the IT on-call rotation and contribute to IT metrics, fleet reporting, and knowledge base content.
  • Provide support in a distributed, remote-first environment and occasionally work outside standard hours when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate IT with responsibility for identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
  • Hands-on production experience with AWS, including IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar, basic networking, and tagging/governance.
  • Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or a similar enterprise ITSM platform, including workflows, catalog items, incident/change processes, and reporting.
  • Direct production experience with at least one enterprise identity provider, with Okta strongly preferred and Azure AD/Entra ID or similar acceptable.
  • Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management for a mid-to-large fleet, including baseline configurations, software distribution, and patch management.
  • Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash, plus comfort with REST APIs and JSON.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed, remote-first environment.
  • Experience with Jamf, Intune, and/or device posture tools such as Kolide is preferred.
  • Experience managing core SaaS tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Atlassian, or Glean is preferred.
  • Background designing or maintaining automations with Serval, Zapier, or similar orchestration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience evaluating, configuring, and governing AI tools, agents, and MCP-based frameworks in an enterprise environment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Azure subscriptions, RBAC, and group-based access, or another major cloud provider alongside AWS is preferred.
  • Prior experience supporting a rapidly scaling, distributed engineering organization is preferred.
