Description

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual SDR targets to grow customer login numbers and support business KPI goals.
  • Generate new customer opportunities through research and targeted outbound activity.
  • Prospect into key customer groups and regions to build relationships and create sales opportunities.
  • Use sales tools, systems, and processes to identify, record, track, connect with, and qualify potential customers.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings that contribute to revenue-related success metrics.
  • Generate qualified leads through effective sales delivery of the Actionstep value proposition.
  • Deliver outbound sales activity consistently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal sales processes to support pipeline development and customer base growth.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales development experience with a track record of exceeding lead targets.
  • Strong communication skills for phone and email outreach.
  • Proven creative problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to advance within a sales organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Legal tech industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and/or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Navigator and/or 6Sense is preferred.
  • Ability to manage outbound prospecting and qualification activity effectively.
