Description

  • Own the end-to-end architecture of Actionstep’s enterprise systems, including core platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Zone Billing, Zendesk, Planhat, Ramp, and Microsoft 365.
  • Define systems of record for key data domains such as customer, contract, subscription, revenue, spend, and vendor data.
  • Design, maintain, and monitor integrations, validation rules, reconciliation processes, and data quality controls across systems.
  • Establish and maintain standards for document storage, approvals, collaboration, communication, documentation, configuration, and release management.
  • Lead cross-system governance and change control by evaluating, prioritizing, and approving new system requests, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Align systems configuration and integrations with global business processes across Finance, HR, Customer Support, Customer Success, Technology, Product, and Sales.
  • Translate AI adoption priorities from senior leaders into practical system configurations, workflows, procedures, and training.
  • Partner with Finance, RevOps, Technology, and Product to implement AI capabilities that reduce manual work and improve operational scalability.
  • Own the operational integration between Ramp and NetSuite, including vendor setup, approvals, GL mapping, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain accurate, auditable, and trusted spend, billing, revenue, and BI reporting data across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in business systems, operations, or enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.
  • Deep hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms, with NetSuite and Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS operating models and subscription fundamentals.
  • Proven experience designing and managing system integrations and data governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong systems thinking with a bias toward clarity, structure, and scalability.
  • Strong understanding of data models and governance required for safe and scalable AI adoption.
  • Ability to design AI-native processes that reduce manual work and maximize automation opportunities.
  • Curiosity and fluency with emerging AI tools, with a bias toward leveraging AI to simplify and scale operations.
