Description

  • Sell Acquia Source, the company’s AI-powered SaaS CMS built on Drupal.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage deals across mid-market accounts and prospects.
  • Engage and build relationships with senior-level executives and other decision-makers.
  • Assess prospect needs and turn client feedback into strategies that drive new opportunities and reduce competitive risk.
  • Stay current on competitor offerings and evaluate their strengths and vulnerabilities.
  • Influence client decisions and advocate for solutions that create win-win outcomes.
  • Work closely with pre-sales solution engineering and product development to support implementation and product-market fit.
  • Own full-life-cycle sales as an individual contributor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, channel partners, subject matter specialists, demand generation, and marketing to build pipeline and drive opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong sales or client origination experience, preferably with CMS experience.
  • Experience negotiating large strategic deals, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Experience working in a start-up or fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model for solutions delivery.
  • Confident presentation skills and executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate a value proposition to a wide range of organizational and functional levels.
  • Intellectual agility, entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to learn new products quickly.
  • Drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
  • Passion, creativity, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Open to learning new technologies and collaborating with AI tools.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $75,000 to $90,000.
  • Variable compensation equal to base salary, with on-target earnings of $150,000 to $180,000.
