Description

  • Lead the planning and execution of localization projects across software, marketing, and multimedia content for global markets.
  • Own project quality, timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary client liaison for project-related matters and maintain transparency and trust.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, linguists, publishers, and other partners to deliver localization work.
  • Prepare project quotes, allocate resources, and define success metrics aligned to client goals.
  • Provide clear status updates, reporting, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Partner with sales and solutions teams to scope and cost new opportunities.
  • Ensure all administrative processes related to project delivery are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing localization projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional or military experience.
  • Strong communication skills across cultures and experience in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to organize complex workflows and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Project and other project management platforms.
  • Experience with translation memory tools or TMS platforms is preferred.
  • PMP certification or a similar project management credential is preferred.
  • Fluency in more than one language is a plus.
  • Experience working with global or multilingual teams is preferred.
