Description

  • Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations for K-12 students in accordance with federal, state, and school guidelines.
  • Complete initial evaluations, re-evaluations, assessment plans, review of records, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
  • Administer cognitive and achievement assessments virtually using best-practice tele-assessment standards.
  • Conduct interviews, virtual observations, and assessments of adaptive behavior, social/emotional behavior, and executive functioning.
  • Integrate assessment findings into comprehensive evaluation reports and submit required paperwork.
  • Present evaluation findings at meetings and collaborate with school teams on eligibility determinations.
  • Consult with school personnel and parents on planning, implementing, and evaluating interventions.
  • Participate in training, evaluation meetings, and team meetings as needed.
  • Serve on the MTSS/RTI team and contribute to student support services.
  • Travel and attend in-person state testing and student events several times per year.

Requirements

  • Professional Indiana Psychologist License.
  • Experience or familiarity with evaluation tools.
  • Proficiency with computers and online documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of principles and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and maintain sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently, contribute to a team, and manage difficult or emotional client situations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
  • Ability to pass federal and state criminal background checks.
