Description

  • Own the annual operating plan and forecast cadence across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, with primary responsibility for revenue and free cash flow forecasting.
  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis, to improve forecast accuracy and support leadership decisions.
  • Oversee the monthly CFO review package, including budget-versus-actual analysis, forecast updates, and supporting analytics.
  • Partner with Accounting on the close process and help build board and investor reporting materials.
  • Turn financial and operating data into clear, actionable insights through recurring reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Lead modernization of FP&A processes, including ownership of Pigment systems and AI-enabled automation.
  • Support SOX controls, audit committee materials, and broader IPO-readiness work with cross-functional partners.
  • Partner with Accounting, Tax, and People on forecast items such as equity, payroll taxes, and benefits.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small team of corporate finance analysts/managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • 6-9+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing or developing direct reports.
  • Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy and build driver-based financial models from scratch.
  • Strong fluency with modern FP&A systems such as Pigment or Snowflake.
  • Strong command of the three financial statements and core SaaS operating metrics such as gross margin, ARR, and contribution margin.
  • Direct experience supporting public-company readiness workstreams, such as SOX controls and board or audit committee materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to move between detailed analysis and executive-level synthesis.
  • High affinity for AI tools and a track record of leading automation or efficiency initiatives within FP&A.
  • Nice to have: experience through an IPO or in the first year as a public company, familiarity with NetSuite, Maxio, Workday, or Sigma, experience with AI-assisted forecasting/reporting tools, prior investment banking/consulting/equity research experience, or a cybersecurity/infrastructure software background.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $160,700 to $231,000 USD.
