Description

  • Lead the global rollout of Gong Forecasting across the AE organization and build executive and coaching dashboards for Sales Leadership.
  • Own and improve the Sigma Computing reporting ecosystem, replacing manual spreadsheet workflows with governed self-service BI solutions.
  • Lead an AI-focused analytics roadmap by evaluating Sigma AI and Snowflake AI use cases that reduce time to insight for Sales Leadership.
  • Architect and execute the Salesforce Opportunity Split framework, including technical requirements, Finance approval, pilot rollout, and data pipeline parity.
  • Drive GTM data governance by maintaining the data dictionary, relaunching the Reporting Council, and formalizing KPI sign-off and metric codification.
  • Define and document the reporting strategy vision, including Gold Standard certified reports and a scalable self-service analytics framework.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Field Operations to create training, enablement materials, and adoption strategies for reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pipeline health, forecast risks, and performance gaps, and translate findings into recommendations for GTM leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Production-level experience with Sigma Computing, including dashboards, workbooks, and self-service reporting layers.
  • Hands-on experience with Gong Forecasting configuration, dashboard development, and AE organization rollouts.
  • Proficiency with Snowflake as a data warehouse, including familiarity with Snowflake AI / Cortex features.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, including Opportunity objects, pipeline mechanics, and Opportunity Splits.
  • Strong SQL skills for pipeline validation, ad hoc analysis, and data quality debugging.
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating and deploying AI tools in analytics workflows, with an AI-first mindset.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytics and data architecture decisions clearly to CRO-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with data governance programs such as data dictionaries, KPI standardization, reporting councils, or metric sign-off frameworks.
  • Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, or other modern ELT tools upstream of Sigma and Snowflake.
  • Experience building AE or Sales Manager enablement programs tied to data platform adoption, such as Articulate 360 or Highspot.
  • Prior Field Operations or RevOps experience at a company scaling past $300M ARR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science; advanced degree is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $133,900 to $192,500 USD.
