Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through contract signing and deal closure.
  • Sell Abnormal security solutions to mid-market accounts in the defined territory.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to support sales targets.
  • Work with customer success to support timely renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with sales engineering, product, and marketing teams to help prioritize opportunities and close more revenue.
  • Serve as the voice of customers and prospects internally to improve execution and outcomes.
  • Upsell customers after initial sale to expand account value.
  • Manage time and execution through a repeatable, disciplined sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience selling in cybersecurity.
  • 4 years of experience in an individual contributor role.
  • Experience prospecting across multiple channels, including marketing, referrals, and partners.
  • Strong ability to qualify needs and present ROI-driven value to stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate internal and customer buying processes effectively.
  • Experience gathering customer insights and applying them to improve execution.
  • Comfort working in early-stage, resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with sales engineering, marketing, product, and customer success.
  • MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Command of the Sale sales methodology training is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 USD.
  • Eligible roles may include a bonus.
  • Eligible roles may include restricted stock units (RSUs).
