Description

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of enterprise sellers.
  • Set the regional vision and drive execution against revenue and growth targets.
  • Define, track, and manage seller productivity metrics and growth milestones.
  • Build pipeline by coordinating direct sales, SDRs, marketing, partners, and customer advocates.
  • Develop account strategy and support collaborative selling across enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver tailored demos and a repeatable proof-of-concept process.
  • Drive customer retention, value realization, renewals, upsell growth, and customer referrals.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue to executive leadership using disciplined inspection and forecast methodology.
  • Develop and expand strategic channel partnerships in the region.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and close complex enterprise deals with senior executives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota in security, networking, and/or software solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a sales team focused on new business and new logo growth.
  • Experience creating new demand, new customer acquisition, and new pipeline in a hunter-focused environment.
  • Experience closing complex enterprise deals with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience managing deals of $200K+ and high-value transactions above $1M+.
  • Experience building strong executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong presentation, communication, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Experience using consultative, value-based sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger Sale, or MEDDICC.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Based in the designated region ({Insert Region}).

Benefits

  • Eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits.
  • Base salary range of $136,000 to $160,000 USD.
