Description

  • Deliver legal documents to recipients in assigned service areas.
  • Claim jobs, map stops, and track pay using the company mobile app.
  • Plan routes and attempt service at times when people are likely to be home.
  • Work independently while maintaining organization, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Interact pleasantly and personably with recipients and others encountered during service.
  • Manage attempts and resolve jobs within the required service cadence.
  • Set and adjust personal service areas based on workload preferences.

Requirements

  • Must have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
  • Must have an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and be able to work within a mobile app.
  • Must be able to scan and print documents.
  • Must be available to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Process serving or related experience is helpful but not required.
  • Some states require registration as a Process Server.
  • Some states may require meeting a minimum age to serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without work authorization.
  • Must be organized, independent, and personable.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working outside a traditional office setting are preferred.
