Description

  • Provide daily operational oversight and resolve day-to-day issues, escalating when needed.
  • Train team members on new workflows and share updated information to improve team knowledge.
  • Track daily team metrics in spreadsheets and maintain spreadsheet functionality.
  • Assist managers with assigning work, setting daily team goals, and calculating KPIs.
  • Lead daily team huddles and help coordinate team communication.
  • Support employee timecard, scheduling, feedback, and review processes as needed.
  • Serve as a point of contact between staff and higher management.
  • Support hiring activities and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Assist the E-Fulfillment Manager with administrative tasks and team management.
  • Act as a problem solver and guide for the E-Fulfillment team.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 1 year in a leadership role preferred.
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 to 60 words per minute.
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Skye, particularly related to E-Fulfillment.
  • Experience resolving escalated issues is preferred.
  • Experience training new hires is preferred.
