Description

  • Train and provide guidance to new hires and team members on e-filing procedures.
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including employee timecards, scheduling, and serving as a point of contact between staff and management.
  • Resolve issues with filings by contacting courts, e-filing portals, account managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and maintain daily team metrics in spreadsheets and preserve spreadsheet functionality.
  • Create and maintain documentation describing standard e-filing procedures.
  • Assist e-filing managers with assigning work, setting daily team goals, and calculating KPIs.
  • Lead daily team huddles and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Conduct and deliver employee performance reviews, participate in hiring, and recommend disciplinary actions when necessary.
  • Train staff on tools and processes and support process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 6 months relevant e-filing experience is a plus.
  • E-filing experience across multiple states preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and a quick learner.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office required; intermediate Excel skills preferred.
  • Basic coding and computer programming skills are a plus.
  • Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
  • Ability to manage scheduling, timecards, and provide performance feedback to direct reports.
