Description

  • Manage end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a focus on compliance and client experience.
  • Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, redundancy, and employment contract matters.
  • Lead meetings with clients and external employees for consultations, hearings, negotiations, and termination delivery.
  • Negotiate and influence positive outcomes in complex termination situations involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate offboarding compliance activities with internal teams and external parties such as payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, and trade unions.
  • Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Process offboarding cases in the internal HRIS and coordinate with Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance teams.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert for internal and external offboarding inquiries and guide clients through Employee Relations resources.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and monitor employee relations cases through timely follow-up.
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements, automation, product development, and customer experience enhancements.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR exposure across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
  • Experience providing HR guidance on employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues in ambiguous environments.
  • Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level advanced proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Aptitude for process innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong attention to record-keeping, data integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy and able to collaborate asynchronously across multiple tools in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with multiple priorities and flexible hours as needed.
  • Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
