Description

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email.
  • Work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects and meet shared goals.
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise and help resolve issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and internal processes.
  • Complete additional projects and assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Alabama for this remote position.
  • No experience required; data entry experience is a plus.
  • Tech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Desire and ability to be a team player.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute.
