Description

  • Monitor the internal task board for aging unclaimed jobs and assign them by contacting process servers through phone, text, email, and map-based tools.
  • Resolve missing or incomplete order information that prevents jobs from being claimed, and escalate blockers when needed.
  • Track recurring dispatch issues, report trends in stuck jobs, and escalate problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Review unclaimed zip codes and coordinate with servers and recruiters to improve area coverage and identify gaps.
  • Notify recruiters about locations that need additional coverage due to volume spikes, poor local performance, or reliance on offline vendors or sheriff service.
  • Maintain proactive customer communication to manage expectations, support satisfaction, and encourage renewals.
  • Collect customer feedback and share it with Sales and Operations to improve proposals, service levels, and the customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems to support data quality, sales insights, and operational decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs for on-time dispatch, aging jobs, response times, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced, communication-heavy role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Comfort navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems; CRM or sales/operations tool experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals with reliability, consistency, and high accuracy.
  • Sales-minded approach with comfort recognizing revenue opportunities and collaborating with Sales.
  • Customer-facing demeanor with a proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and strong time-management skills.
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm CST.
  • Kansas-based remote work location.
