Description

  • Monitor the internal task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs and dispatch servers to claim them.
  • Reach out to primary and nearby servers by text, phone, and email to secure job coverage.
  • Identify and resolve blocked jobs caused by missing customer information or other issues, escalating when needed.
  • Review unclaimed zip codes and collaborate with servers to improve coverage in assigned states.
  • Notify recruiters about locations needing additional coverage due to volume spikes, poor performance, or other dispatch gaps.
  • Maintain proactive customer communication to manage expectations, support satisfaction, and promote renewal opportunities.
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with Sales and Operations to improve proposals and service levels.
  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in internal systems to support data quality and decision-making.
  • Track KPIs related to dispatch speed, aging jobs, response times, customer satisfaction, and revenue opportunities.
  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce cycle times and increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Comfort navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.
  • Experience with CRM or sales/operations tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals with high accuracy.
  • Sales-minded approach with comfort recognizing revenue opportunities and supporting cross-sell/upsell efforts.
  • Customer-facing demeanor with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work remotely with self-discipline and strong time-management skills.
