Description

  • Contact courts regarding individual orders, case statuses, questions, and issue resolution.
  • Communicate professionally with court personnel, attorneys, customers, and process servers by phone, email, chat, and other channels.
  • Process court documents, updates, notes, and related data in the Skye internal application.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls from courts and customers.
  • Relay current court information to process servers and customers.
  • Identify root causes and process inefficiencies with team members.
  • Navigate court dockets and websites to locate case information, download documents, and import them into internal systems.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Legal experience preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer support, call-center, retail, or similar customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and chat tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and online fax programs.
  • Experience manipulating PDF documents.
  • Ability to perform repetitive data-entry tasks accurately.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to learn and grow.
