Description

  • Own a portfolio of open court hearings and secure attorney coverage before hearing dates.
  • Communicate with attorneys by phone, text, and email to close coverage on deadline.
  • Negotiate fees and handle counteroffers while protecting margin.
  • Prioritize a fast-moving pipeline of hearings and make quick judgment calls.
  • Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps.
  • Onboard new attorneys and serve as their main point of contact.
  • Update law-firm clients on hearing status and coverage changes.
  • Log activity, confirm assignments, and keep pipeline records accurate.
  • Spot recurring coverage issues and share improvement ideas with the team.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
  • Experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, account management, collections, dispatch, scheduling, or high-touch customer service.
  • Comfortable and efficient on the phone with strong verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized and able to manage many open items at once.
  • Calm and decisive under deadline pressure.
  • Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in staffing, dispatch, gig-platform operations, or a high-volume call-center/outbound environment (preferred).
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs in a metrics-driven role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools (preferred).
  • Exposure to legal, court, or collections operations (preferred).
  • Comfortable on Mac OS and Google Workspace (preferred).
