Description

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale or smaller projects, ensuring timeline, scope, and quality goals are met.
  • Coordinate with Client Delivery Managers to translate client requirements into delivery objectives, milestones, dependencies, and project schedules.
  • Apply project management practices across schedule, risk, communications, and stakeholder management to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
  • Partner with technical and client teams to resolve delivery constraints and produce business-facing decisions, status updates, mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
  • Own integrated project schedule management, including work plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, critical path visibility, and variance reporting.
  • Maintain RAID logs, identify and escalate risks and issues, and drive issue resolution.
  • Conduct resource planning and capacity management to support realistic delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings to maintain visibility, confirm next steps, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading technically complex IT projects and programs.
  • 8+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects through the full lifecycle using PMO artifacts such as Project Charter, RAID, RACI, schedules, and status reports.
  • Experience delivering healthcare IT implementations; payer-side experience strongly preferred.
  • Comfort managing hybrid delivery environments that combine Agile execution with milestone-based planning and structured reporting.
  • Experience coordinating across software development, data engineering, system integration, QA, and architecture teams.
  • Strong risk and dependency management skills with proactive escalation habits.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across client, leadership, and cross-functional audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Jira, and AI agentic tools for schedule, backlog, RAID, and reporting support.
  • Preferred: US healthcare implementation experience, especially in payer environments or with a US Medicaid payer.
  • Preferred: PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
