Description

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects while maintaining timelines, scope, and quality.
  • Coordinate with Client Delivery Managers to translate client requirements into delivery objectives, milestones, dependencies, and project schedules.
  • Apply standard project management practices across scheduling, risk management, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Partner with technical and client teams to turn delivery needs and constraints into business-facing decisions, status updates, mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
  • Own integrated project schedule management, including work plan development, milestone tracking, dependency management, critical path visibility, and variance reporting.
  • Maintain RAID logs and drive proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, escalation, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct resource planning and capacity management to support realistic delivery commitments.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings to maintain visibility into project health and ensure timely escalation of risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading technically complex IT projects and programs, including 5+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
  • Proven track record of on-time, high-quality delivery across the full project lifecycle from initiation through handover.
  • Experience using PMO artifacts such as Project Charters, RAID logs, RACI matrices, schedules, and status reports.
  • Comfort managing hybrid delivery environments that combine Agile execution with milestone-based planning and structured reporting.
  • Experience working across software development, data engineering, system integration, QA, and architecture functions.
  • Strong ability to identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira for schedule management, backlog coordination, RAID tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience in US healthcare implementations, especially healthcare payer environments, is preferred.
  • Experience working for or with a US Medicaid payer is preferred.
  • Formal project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
  • Exposure to agentic AI is preferred.
