Description

  • Lead paid advertising strategy and performance marketing for key enterprise accounts to achieve client goals.
  • Own the execution, performance, and growth of the paid advertising service within a book of business.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for key accounts and resolve roadblocks, client concerns, and account issues.
  • Apply advanced cross-channel measurement expertise, including attribution and incrementality, to improve client outcomes.
  • Oversee campaign execution and perform thorough QA to prevent revenue-impacting errors.
  • Manage budget pacing and recommend budget changes based on performance.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, including strategic and performance discussions.
  • Mentor team members through coaching, training, and escalation support.
  • Conduct training sessions on platforms, tools, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Support new business pitches and account audits with strategic insights and industry perspective.
  • Leverage AI technologies to improve workflows, insights, and performance.
  • Support leadership in improving one core pillar of the department’s business.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of digital marketing experience, including 4+ years in an agency setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on search engine marketing experience.
  • Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy development for enterprise accounts.
  • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more additional campaign types, such as Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, or Bing Ads.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Meta direct response campaigns.
  • Experience with additional platforms such as TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a plus.
  • Lead generation and B2B experience.
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid advertising across the marketing funnel.
  • Strong ability to derive meaningful insights from marketing data and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Advanced spoken and written English skills are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in client-facing presentations and communication.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and ability to learn quickly and independently.
  • Interest in building a long-term relationship with a growing company.
