Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Evolve the microservices architecture to improve performance, resilience, and maintainability.
  • Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and system integrations across distributed environments.
  • Improve system observability through monitoring, logging, and related tooling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Apply engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and automation.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud-native environments.
  • Support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field.
  • Solid backend development experience with Java.
  • Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Experience developing and scaling high-throughput and distributed applications.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC.
  • Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices.
  • Experience with software testing concepts, including unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation.
  • Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken.
