Description

  • Own the end-to-end operating model, including capacity, topline, expenses, financial statements, and cash forecasting.
  • Provide timely reporting to the executive team and Board, including 409A and investor reporting.
  • Lead the monthly forecasting process and coordinate with business units on management review materials.
  • Own the quarter-end flash forecasting process with accounting and prepare analysis for management review.
  • Prepare quarterly financial information, consolidate reporting, and deliver business performance insights.
  • Own the rolling forecast process and drive predictable, timely reporting through a reporting calendar.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and promote accountability across the organization.
  • Support go-to-market planning, compensation scenarios, and span-of-control analysis.
  • Support People, R&D, and cross-functional teams with compensation, hiring plan, benefits, equity, product ROI, resource allocation, cloud cost optimization, and strategic analysis.
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team while improving processes, dashboards, and financial planning systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.
  • 10–15 years of relevant FP&A experience, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in SaaS at scale; private equity experience is a must-have.
  • Demonstrated success producing timely and highly predictable financial models.
  • Experience project managing and implementing financial reporting systems.
  • Strong strategic mindset, curiosity, and executive presence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for leaders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using financial planning tools, dashboards, centralized data warehouses such as Snowflake, and AI tools is preferred.
  • Experience with operational planning, financial analysis, and cross-functional partnership is preferred.
