Description

  • Communicate project status and recommendations to client stakeholders.
  • Develop client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
  • Participate in planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
  • Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
  • Take part in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and governance activities.
  • Mentor others through Communities of Practice and project team support.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical decisions with project goals and timelines.
  • Enforce coding standards, review code, and maintain consistency with best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide problem solving to support successful UI project delivery.

Requirements

  • 7-8 years of experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong experience with Java 11+ and Java 17, including Spring, Spring Boot, microservices, Hibernate, and Spring Data.
  • Experience with Angular 11+, TypeScript, Angular Material UI, CSS, RxJS, and single-page applications.
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies and documentation.
  • Ability to use client-provided AI tool Windsurf.
  • Understanding of object-oriented programming principles such as abstraction and encapsulation.
  • Good understanding of SOLID principles.
  • Strong English proficiency and communication skills, with the ability to communicate independently with clients.
  • Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.
  • Financial services experience is a plus.
  • Banking and financial domain background is preferred for requirement gathering.
  • AWS cloud knowledge is preferred.
