Description

Work with clients to build a broad digital strategy and lead teams to execute against it.
Serve as the cross-functional product lead for distributed team members across the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
Partner with engineering leads to manage project progress, resource use, and corrective actions when needed.
Prioritize and plan release content and timelines to execute short-term plans.
Define the product vision, mission, goals, values, and customer segments.
Make prioritization trade-offs within the constraints of product goals.
Communicate plans, priorities, and status to clients, team members, and internal management.
Measure and improve business and customer value delivered by developing KPIs, tracking progress, and reporting milestones and deliverables.
Stay current on industry trends, especially accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, and apply them to future work.
Support pre-sales efforts and consult with clients on business challenges alongside delivery and client services teams.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing product leadership role such as Senior Product Manager, Lead Product Manager, or Director.
At least 5 years of consulting experience.
Experience working with complex digital products, business logic, processes, and a variety of clients.
Experience in organizational leadership and influencing teams and executive leaders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detail orientation.
Experience working with global teams is required.
High cultural awareness.
Strong user research experience, including championing user needs and facilitating workshops.
Highly empathetic and collaborative, with the ability to work across senior stakeholders to drive decisions.
Practical knowledge of Agile practices and Lean methodologies to build best-of-breed products.
