Description

  • Own the full pricing and monetization domain across pricing infrastructure, pricing strategy, service availability, and new revenue models.
  • Migrate three fragmented legacy pricing systems into a unified dynamic pricing service.
  • Sequence and deliver an 11-priority pricing roadmap in partnership with engineering and data teams.
  • Define pricing strategy for 24+ services across mowing, non-mowing, and emerging verticals.
  • Determine where and when services should be offered based on supply, demand, and profitability signals.
  • Stand up an experimentation framework for A/B testing pricing changes and measuring business impact.
  • Design the architecture for bundles, add-ons, channel discounts, and frequency-based pricing.
  • Partner with the data team to define pricing goals and interpret model outputs without building the models yourself.
  • Work directly with engineers on API design, schema tradeoffs, and technical design reviews.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a product or pricing domain end-to-end rather than a small slice of a broader PM portfolio.
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to design pricing architectures across multiple brands and services.
  • Ability to work fluently with data teams, define optimization goals, and interpret analytics results.
  • Technical fluency to collaborate directly with engineers on API design and technical tradeoffs.
  • AI-native approach to daily workflow, including scenario modeling, pricing analysis, data exploration, and spec drafting.
  • Comfort building foundational infrastructure before visible pricing gains materialize.
  • Monetization mindset with an understanding of margin, willingness to pay, conversion, and Pro economics.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity while migrating legacy systems and keeping current pricing live.
  • Not a fit for candidates who want to build pricing models directly or spend most of their time in notebooks.
  • Not a fit for candidates who need quick wins or prefer optimizing within an established framework.
